GardenColourPlan Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller of any personal information you share with us. We're committed to protecting your privacy under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Quiz answers — your region, soil, sun, colour preferences and garden size, used to generate your plant plan.
• Email address — only if you choose to save your plan or sign up for tips.
• Anonymous usage data — pages visited, device type and rough country, via privacy-friendly analytics.

How we use it

• To create and improve your personalised plant plan.
• To send you the plan and (if you opt in) seasonal gardening tips.
• To understand which features are useful so we can build better ones.

Cookies & affiliate links

We use a small number of essential cookies to make the site work. When you click a "Buy" button on a plant card you'll be sent to a UK retailer (Thompson & Morgan, Crocus or Sarah Raven) who may set their own cookie so we receive a small commission if you buy. This never costs you more.

Sharing your data

We do not sell your data, ever. We share it only with trusted processors (e.g. our email provider) who are bound by data-protection contracts.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@gardencolourplan.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
